The whole of Zimbabwe is electrified what is only left is a spark to put the whole nation alight. With mass starvation and hunger, cash shortages, unaffordable prices and fares,imposition of ZANU PF on the people and lack of political will to come up with an inclusive government, police brutality, the list of grievances is endless. What is only missing is a real leader who is brave enough to lead the people of Zimbabwe. |

Calls for exemption from the daily withdrawal limit by the MPS a disgrace |
The Youth Forum is deeply disturbed by recent calls by Zimbabwean Members of Parliament at a local city hotel during their induction ceremony where they demanded to be exempted from the RBZ fixed $20 000 daily withdrawal limit. While the Youth Forum does not and has never condoned shortsighted and ill-informed RBZ policies we feel that the Honorable Members could have seized the opportunity to call for the overhaul of the Zimbabwean financial sector which has seen people failing to access their hard earned cash. |

Youth Forum position on power sharing deal |

Whilst the power sharing deal has brought great hope in bringing hope and sanity to the nation. There are a lot of grey areas which as Youth Forum we are not comfortable with. The first and most important one being the process of coming up with that deal whereby the political parties just made their agreement without engaging other interest groups such as the youth who under normal circumstances should also be involved is such a critical national building process. |
